Tour De Foothills briefing meeting
Well the event is fast approaching and as I told everyone there will be a briefing meeting the week before the event.
So here is the meeting notice and the information you need.
The meeting is scheduled for Saturday November 5 from 0900 to 1100.
Be prepared to fill out and sign a waiver for your volunteer service. It includes a place for you to provide your t-shirt size. The shirt will be given to you when you arrive for the event on Saturday the 12th of November and is to be worn during the day. Reporting time will be sent in an email if I don’t have it available at the briefing meeting.
I will try to make duty assignments at the meeting so if you have a preference as to your duty speak up. There are two choices: SAG vehicle radio operator or rest stop operator. I will be handling net control at the start/finish line.
Bring the radio you will use to the meeting so that you can set up the repeater frequency and check to be sure you are correct. I can assist with most radios if you might need help.
